भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( विदेशी जोखिम पूँजी विनिधानकर्ता ) ( संशोधन ) विनियम , 2010 सं. एल.ए.डी.-एन.आर.ओ. /जी.एन./2010-11 /22/ 30364,-बोर्ड, भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992 का 15 ) की धारा 30 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , एतद्वारा भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( विदेशी जोखिम पूँजी विनिधानकर्ता ) विनियम, 2000 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, अर्थात्:-
1. इन विनियमों को भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( विदेशी जोखिम पूँजी विनिधानकर्ता ) ( संशोधन ) विनियम , 2010 कहा जा सकेगा ।
2. वे राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
3. भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( विदेशी जोखिम पूँजी विनिधानकर्ता ) विनियम, 2000 में, पहली अनुसूची में प्ररूप क के खण्ड 9. के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित पैरा अंतः स्थापित किये जायेंगे : -
" 10. कृपया अपने विनिधानकर्ताओं ( निवेशकों ) की ओर से मिलाकर कम से कम 1 मिलियन अमरीकी डॉलर तक की रकम के अंशदान हेतु पक्की प्रतिबद्धता संबंधी पत्र प्रस्तुत करें।
11. कृपया अपने वित्तीय विवरणों तथा अपने उन विनिधानकर्ताओं ( निवेशकों ) के वित्तीय विवरणों की प्रतियाँ प्रस्तुत करें जिन्होंने पक्की प्रतिबद्धता संबंधी पत्र उपलब्ध करा दिया है ( दिये हैं) , उससे पूर्ववर्ती वित्तीय वर्ष हेतु जिसके दौरान यह आवेदन किया जा रहा है ।
12. कृपया अपने सभी निदेशकों का नाम , पता संपर्क संख्या तथा ई- मेल प्रस्तुत करें ।
13. कृपया अपने उन सभी विनिधानकर्ताओं ( निवेशकों ) का नाम , पता , संपर्क संख्या तथा ई - मेल प्रस्तुत करें जिन्होंने पक्की प्रतिबद्धता संबंधी वह पत्र उपलब्ध करा दिया है ( वे पत्र उपलब्ध करा दिये हैं ) जो इस प्ररूप के पैरा 10 के अधीन प्रस्तुत किये जाने हेतु अपेक्षित है ( हैं) । "

Securities and Exchange Board of India (Foreign Venture Capital Investors ) (Amendment) Regulations , 2010 No. LAD-NRO/GN/2010-11 / 22 /30364.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 ( 15 of 1992 ) , the Board hereby makes the following regulations to further amend the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Foreign Venture Capital Investors ) Regulations , 2000 , namely : ---
1. These regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India ( Foreign Venture Capital Inves- tors) (Amendment) Regulations , 2010 .
2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
3. In the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Foreign Venture Capital Investors ) Regulations , 2000 , in the FirstSchedule , in Form A, after paragraph 9. , the following paragraphs shall be inserted :-
" 10. Please furnish firm commitment letter( s ) from your investors for contribution of an amount aggregating to at least US $ 1 million .
11. Please furnish copies of your financial statements as well as those of your investors ' who have provided firm commitment letter( s) for the financial year preceding the one during which this applica- tion is being made.
12. Please furnish name , address , contact number and the e - mail address of all your directors .
13. Please furnish name , address , contact number and the e - mail address of all your investor (s ) who have provided firm commitment letter( s) required to be furnished under paragraph 10 of this Form. "
