का.आ. 2986(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम , 1948 ( 1948 का 34 ) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( ii ) में दिनांक 9 मई , 2008 को प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1122 ( अ ) , दिनांक 9 मई, 2008 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
उक्त अधिसूचना में " धारा 4 के खंड ( च ) के अंतर्गत केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस प्रयोजनार्थ केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा मान्यताप्राप्त नियोक्ताओं के संगठनों के परामर्श से नियुक्त " शीर्षक के अंतर्गत क्रम सं. 40 के सामने निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी , अर्थात्:--

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 21st December, 2010
S.O. 2986(E ) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Employees ' State Insurance Act , 1948 (34 of 1948) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment No. S.O. 1122 (E) dated 9th May, 2008 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( ii ) , dated the 9th May, 2008 .
In the said notification under the heading "Appointed by the Central Government under clause ( f) of Section 4 in consultation with organisations of employers recognised by the Central Government for the purpose " against S. No. 40 , the following entries shall be substituted namely:--
