अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली , 21 दिसम्बर , 2010 सं. 127/2010-सीमा-शुल्क
सा.का.नि. 1000(अ ), केन्द्रीय सरकार सीमा- शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 21/2002- सीमा- शुल्क, तारीख 1 मार्च, 2002 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप -खण्ड ( i ) में सा.का. नि. 118 ( अ ) , तारीख 1 मार्च, 2002 द्वारा प्रकाशित किया गया था , में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है यथा:
उक्त अधिसूचना में , सारणी में ,-
(i) क्रम सं. 10 के सामने स्तंभ ( 4 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " कुछ नहीं " प्रतिस्थापित की जायेगी ।
( ii ) क्रम सं. 10 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जायेगा , अर्थात्:-

टिप्पण : मूल अधिसूचना सं. 21 /2002-सीमा-शुल्क , तारीख 1 मार्च, 2002 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप - खण्ड ( i ) सा.का.नि. 118 ( अ ) , तारीख 1 मार्च, 2002 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और उसमें अंतिम संशोधन अधिसूचना सं. 102/2010- सीमा- शुल्क, तारीख 1 अक्तूबर , 2010 जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( i ) सा.का.नि. 800 ( अ ) , तारीख 1 अक्तूबर , 2010 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी के द्वारा किया गया था ।

G.S.R. 1000(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52of 1962) , the Central Government , on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makesthe following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 21 /2002-Customs , dated the 1st March , 2002 , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub - section ( i) vide number G.S.R. 118 (E) , dated the 1st March , 2002, namely :-
In the said notification , in the Table ,-
(i) against S.No. 10 for the entry in column (4) , the entry "Nil" shall be substituted,
(ii) after S.No. 10 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be inserted , namely:---

Note :-The principal notification No. 21 /2002- Customs , dated the 1st March , 2002, was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( i ) vide number G.S.R 118 (E ) , dated the 1st March , 2002 and was last amended by notification No. 102/2010 -Customs , dated the 1st October, 2010 published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3, Sub- section ( i) vide number G.S.R. 800 ( E) , dated the 1st October, 2010.
