का.आ. 3001(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, रेल अधिनियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) की धारा 2 के खंड (7क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , विशेष रेल परियोजना अर्थात झारखंड राज्य के धनबाद जिले में पूर्वी डेडीकेटेड फ्रेट कॉरीडोर के निष्पादन, अनुरक्षण और प्रचालन के लोक प्रयोजन के लिए राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से जिला भूमि अर्जन अधिकारी, धनबाद, झारखंड में उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में ऐसे प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए नियुक्त करती है ।

S.O. 3001 (E).In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of section 2 of the Railways Act , 1989 (24 of 1989 ) , the Central Government hereby authorizes the District Land Acquisition Officer , Dhanbad , Jharkhand as the competent authority to (1)

[PART II-SEC . 3 ( ii) ] perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette for the public purpose of execution , maintenance and operation of the Special Railway Project , namely , Eastern Dedicated FreightCorridor in the district of Dhanbad in the State of Jharkhand.
