का.आ. 3002(अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, रेल अधिनियम , 1989 (1989 का 24 ) की धारा 2 के खंड (7 क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ (2) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को, पूर्वी डेडीकेटेड फ्रेट कॉरीडोर की विशेष रेल परियोजना के निष्पादन, अनुरक्षण और प्रचालन के लिए , उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ (3 ) में उल्लिखित जिलों को, बिहार राज्य में ऐसी विशेष रेल परियोजना की बाबत इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से, उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 21st December , 2010
S.O. 3002 (E) .In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of section 2 of the Railways Act , 1989 (24 of 1989) , the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the Special Railway Project of Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor in the State of Bihar relating to Districts mentioned in column (3) of the said Table for the public purpose of execution , maintenance and operation such Special Railway Project.
