सं. 7/2/2009-डीआरटी. बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थाओं को शोध्य ऋणों की वसूली अधिनियम , 1993 ( 1993 का 51 ) की धारा 11 के साथ पठित धारा 9 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्वारा , न्यायमूर्ति राम किशोर गुप्ता , न्यायाधीश , मध्य प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय , जबलपुर को दिनांक 3 दिसम्बर, 2010 ( पूर्वाह्न ) से पाँच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अथवा उनके 65 वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने तक, जो भी पहले हो , ऋण वसूली अपीलीय अधिकरण , इलाहाबाद के अध्यक्ष के रूप में नियुक्त करती है।

New Delhi , the 9th December , 2010
No. 7 /2 /2009 - DRT . In exercise of the powers conferredby Section 9 read with Section 11 of the Recovery ofDebts due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act , 1993 (51 of 1993 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Justice Ram Kishore Gupta, Judge , High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Jabalpur , as Chairperson of Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Allahabad , for a period of five years , with effect from 3rd December , 2010 (F.N. ) or till he attains the age of 65 years , whichever is earlier.
