श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली, 7 जुलाई , 2005
New Delhi, the 7th July, 2005
का.आ. 959(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, ठेका श्रम ( विनियमन और उत्सादन) अधिनियम, 1970 ( 1970 का 37 ) की धारा 10 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सलाहकार ठेका श्रम बोर्ड से परामर्श करने के उपरांत और कार्य की दशाओं तथा ठेका श्रम के लिए उपबंधित फायदों तथा उक्त धारा की उप- धारा (2 ) में प्रगणित अन्य सुसंगत कारकों को ध्यान में रखते हुए राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से कोलकाता पत्तन न्यास , कोलकाता के स्थापन में रेल पथों के स्लीपरों के नवीकरण, मरम्मत, प्रत्यावर्तन और बिछाया जाना और रेल पथों के प्रयोजन के संकर्म में ठेका श्रम के नियोजन को प्रतिषिद्ध करती है ।
S.O. 959(F). In exercise the powers conferred by Sub-section ( 1 ) of Section 10 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 (37 of 1970) , the Central Government, after consultation with the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board and having regard to the conditions ofwork and benefits provided for the contract labour and other relevant factors enumerated in Sub- section (2) of said Section , hereby prohibits the employment of contract labour in the works of sleeper renewal of railway tracks, repairing, restoration and laying and linking oftracks in the establishment of Kolkata Port Trust, Kolkata, with effect from the date ofpublication of this notification in the Official Gazette .
