आदेश
New Delhi , the 23rd December, 2010 नई दिल्ली, 23 दिसम्बर , 2010
का.आ. 3050(अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार, उद्योग विकास और विनियमन अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 छ द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, न्यूजप्रिंट नियंत्रण आदेश , 2004 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करती है , अर्थात्ः--
S.O. 3050 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18G of the Industries ( Development and Regulation) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Newsprint Control Order, 2004 , namely :-
1. ( 1 ) इस आदेश को न्यूजप्रिंट नियंत्रण ( संशोधन ) आदेश , 2010 कहा जाए ।
1. ( 1 ) This Order may be called the Newsprint Control (Amendment) Order ,2010 .
( 2 ) यह राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
होगा ।
2. न्यूजप्रिंट नियंत्रण आदेश , 2004 की अनुसूची में,-
2. In the Newsprint Control Order , 2004 , in the Schedule,-
( 1 ) देशी न्यूजप्रिंट विनिर्माताओं की मिल के नाम और
अवस्थिति से संबंधित मद 4 में , क्रम सं. 109 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
(1) In item 4 relating to the name of the Mill and Location of the indigenous newsprint manufacturers , after S. No. 109 and the entries relatingthereto,the following shall be added, namely:-
" 110. मैसर्स फाइबर मार्क्स पेपर्स लिमिटेड , 7 के एम स्टोन , जसपुर , उधमसिंह नगर जिला , उत्तराखण्ड राज्य। "
" 110. M/ s . Fibre Marx Papers Limited , 7 Km. Stone , Jaspur , Udhamsingh Nagar District in the State of Uttarakhand . "

Note : The principal order was published in the Gazette of India vide No. S.O. 1105 (E) , dated 11th October , 2004, and subsequently amended vide Order No. S.O. 2810 (E) , dated 16th November , 2010 published in the Gazette of India .
टिप्पण : मूल आदेश भारत के राजपत्र में सं. का.आ. 1105 ( अ ) , तारीख 11 अक्तूबर, 2004 के तहत प्रकाशित किया गया था और भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित दिनांक 16 नवम्बर, 2010 के आदेश सं. का.आ. 2810( अ ) द्वारा बाद में संशोधित किया गया था ।
