सा.का.नि. 1021 (अ ).-राष्ट्रीय स्वपरायणता, प्रमस्तिष्क घात, मानसिक मंदता और बहु-निःशक्तताग्रस्त व्यक्ति कल्याण न्यास अधिनियम , 1999 ( 1999 का 44 ) की धारा 34 में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा स्वपरायणता , प्रमस्तिष्क घात , मानसिक मंदता और बहु - निःशक्तताग्रस्त व्यक्ति कल्याण न्यास नियम, 2000 में संशोधन के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
G.S.R. 1021 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 34 of the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism , Cerebral Palsy , Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999 (44 of 1999 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Rules , 2000 , namely:
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम स्वपरायणता, प्रमस्तिष्क घात , मानसिक मंदता और बहु- निःशक्तताग्रस्त व्यक्ति कल्याण न्यास नियम, 2010है।
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the National Turst forWelfare of Persons with Autism , Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities (Amendment ) Rules , 2010.
(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त
होंगे ।
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. स्वपरायणता , प्रमस्तिष्क घात , मानसिक मंदता और बहु-निःशक्तताग्रस्त व्यक्ति कल्याण न्यास नियम , 2000 के नियम 15 में, उप-नियम ( 3 ) हटा दिया जाए ।
2. In the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Rules , 2000 , in rule 15, sub - rule (3 ) shall be omitted.

तारीख 26 जुलाई , 2000 द्वारा प्रकाशित किए गए थे और तपश्चात् सा.का.नि. 201 ( अ ) , तारीख 8 मार्च , 2002 और सा.का.नि. 478 ( अ ) , तारीख 15 जुलाई, 2005 द्वारा संशोधित किए गए थे ।

सा.का.नि. 1022(अ) राष्ट्रीय स्वपरायणता , प्रमस्तिष्क घात, मानसिक मंदता और बहु - निःशक्तताग्रस्त व्यक्ति कल्याण न्यास अधिनियम , 1999 ( 1999 का 44 ) की धारा 35 की उप - धारा ( 1) और ( 2 ) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, बोर्ड एतद्वारा केन्द्रीय सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से न्यास बोर्ड विनियम , 2001 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है , अर्थात्:-
G.S.R. 1022 (E ) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub - sections ( 1 ) and (2) of Section 35 of the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy , Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999 (44 of 1999), the Board, with the previous approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Board of the Trust Regulations , 2001, namely :-
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों को न्यास बोर्ड ( संशोधन ) विनियम 2010 कहा जाएगा ।
1. (1 ) These Regulations may be called the Board ofthe Trust ( Amendment ) Regulations , 2010.
(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त
होंगे ।
(2) They shall come into force on the date of theirpublication in the Official Gazette .
2. न्यास बोर्ड विनियम, 2001 में, विनियम में, उप - विनियम 16 के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित उप-विनियम शामिल किया जाए अर्थात्:-
2. In the Board of the Trust Regulations , 2001 , in regulation 3 , after sub - regulation ( 16), the following sub- regulation shall be inserted namely: ....
" ( 16क ) मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी की पदावधि-जब तक केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा अन्यथा निदेश दिए जाएं मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी की पदावधि उनके पदभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से 5 वर्ष अथवा उनके द्वारा 60 वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने तक , इनमें से जो भी पहले हो, होगी । "
"( 16A) Term of office of the Chief Executive Officer Unless otherwise directed by the Central Government , the term of the office of the Chief Executive Officer shall be for a period of five years from the date on which he enters upon his office or until he attains the age of sixty years , whichever is earlier . "

टिप्पणी: मुख्य विनियम भारत के राजपत्र में दिनांक 3 अगस्त, 2001 की अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का.नि. 579 ( अ ) के तहत प्रकाशित किए गए थे और तद्न्तर 16 फरवरी , 2004 की अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का.नि. 123 ( अ ) और दिनांक 27 जून , 2006 के सा.का.नि. 403 ( अ ) के तहत इनमें संशोधन किया गया था ।
