टिप्पणी. नारियल विकास बोर्ड के गठन से संबंधित प्रधान अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र में दिनांक 12 जनवरी , 1981 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 21 ( अ ) के तहत प्रकाशित की गई थी तथा अंतिम बार इसमें दिनांक 16 फरवरी , 2009 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 497 ( अ ) के जरिए संशोधन किया गया था ।
MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE का.आ. 3076(अ).-नारियल विकास बोर्ड नियमावली , 1981 के नियम 4 के साथ पठित नारियल विकास बोर्ड अधिनियम , 1979 (1979का 5 ) की धारा 4 की उप - धारा (4 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से अधिकतम तीन वर्षों की अवधि के लिए या संबंधित सदस्य द्वारा उस श्रेणी या हित का प्रतिनिधित्व त्याग देने तक, जिनके लिए उसकी नियुक्ति की गई है , इसमें जो पहले हो , नारियल विकास बोर्ड , कोचि के सदस्य के रूप में निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को नियुक्त करती है, तथा उक्त उद्देश्य के लिए भारत सरकार कृषि मंत्रालय ( कृषि एवं सहकारिता विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 21 ( अ ) दिनांक 12 जनवरी , 1981 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है; नामतः:T

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 4 ) of Section 4 of the Coconut Development Board Act, 1979 (5 of 1979 ) , read with rule 4 ofthe Coconut Development Board Rules , 1981 , the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons as members ofthe Coconut Development Board , Kochi , for a period not exceeding three years on and from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette or till the concerned member ceases to represent the category or interest from which he has been so appointed, whichever कर्नाटक ।
