नई दिल्ली , 31 दिसम्बर, 2010 सं. 104/2010-सीमा-शुल्क ( गै.टै. )
का.ग. 3077(अ).-सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 7 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्वारा भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 61/1994- सीमा शुल्क (गै. टै. ) दिनांक 21 नवम्बर , 1994 में पुनः निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है अर्थात्: -
उक्त अधिसूचना में सारणी में तमिलनाडु राज्य से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 15 के सामने कॉलम ( 3 ) में " तिरूचिरापल्ली ( ग ) " प्रविष्टिऔर कॉलम (4 ) में उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के बाद निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां जोड़ी जायेंगी , अर्थात्:-

" मदुरई ( घ) यात्री सामान उतारना और यात्री सामान लादना "
उक्त अधिसूचना में उपर्युक्त संशोधन 1 जनवरी , 2011 से प्रभावी होगा ।

नोट : मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण में अधिसूचना सं. 61/1994-सीमा- शुल्क ( गै.टै. ) , दिनांक 21 नवम्बर , 1994 [का.आ. 828 ( अ ) , दिनांक 21 नवम्बर , 1994 ] के तहत प्रकाशित की गई थी तथा अंतिम बार अधिसूचना सं. 93/2010 - सीमा शुल्क ( गै.टै. ) , दिनांक 1 नवम्बर , 2010 [का.आ. 2693 ( अ ) दिनांक 1 नवम्बर , 2010 ) ] के तहत संशोधित की गई थी ।

New Delhi , the 31st December, 2010 No. 104/2010- CUSTOMS (N.T. )
S.O. 3077 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section ( 1 ) of Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment inthe notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofFinance (Department of Revenue ), No. 61/1994-Customs (N.T. ) dated the 21st November , 1994 , namely :----
Inthe said notification in the Table , against serial number 15 relating to State of Tamil Nadu, in column (3 ) , after the entry " Tiruchirapalli (c ) " and entries relating thereto in column (4) , the following entries shall be inserted, namely :-

In the said notification , the aforesaid amendment shall be effective from January 1 , 2011 .
