का.आ. 3081 (अ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार, महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 42) की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण में संख्यांक का.आ. 1 (अ) , तारीख 1 जनवरी, 2009 द्वारा प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :--
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में,-
(i) क्रम संख्यांक 1 के सामने, स्तंभ (3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 100.00 रु0 (2 दिसम्बर, 2009 या पुनरीक्षित मजदूरी दर के वास्तविक संदाय की तारीख , इनमें से जो बाद में हो, से प्रभावी) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ;
(ii) क्रम संख्यांक 2 के सामने , स्तंभ (3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 100.00 रु0 (21 मई , 2009 या पुनरीक्षित मजदूरी दर के वास्तविक संदाय की तारीख , इनमें से जो बाद में हो , से प्रभावी)" प्रविष्टिरखी जाएगी ;
(iii) क्रम संख्यांक 3 के सामने , स्तंभ (3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 80.00 रु० (1 अप्रैल, 2009 या पुनरीक्षित मजदूरी दर के वास्तविक संदाय की तारीख , इनमें से जो बाद में हो, से प्रभावी) " प्रविष्टिरखी जाएगी ;
(iv) क्रम संख्यांक 4 के सामने, स्तंभ (3) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 100.00 रु0 (1 जून, 2009 या पुनरीक्षित मजदूरी दर के वास्तविक संदाय की तारीख , इनमें से जो बाद में हो, से प्रभावी) " प्रविष्टिरखी जाएगी ;

(v) क्रम संख्यांक 8 के सामने, स्तंभ (3) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 100.00 रु0 (10 अगस्त, 2009 या पुनरीक्षित मजदूरी दर के वास्तविक संदाय की तारीख , इनमें से जो बाद में हो, से प्रभावी) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ;
(vi ) क्रम संख्यांक 9 के सामने, स्तंभ (3) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 100.00 रु0 (1 अप्रैल, 2009 या पुनरीक्षित मजदूरी दर के वास्तविक संदाय की तारीख, इनमें से जो बाद में हो, से प्रभावी) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ;
(vii) क्रम संख्यांक 11 के सामने, स्तंभ (3) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 100.00 रु0 ( 1 अक्तूबर, 2009 या पुनरीक्षित मजदूरी दर के वास्तविक संदाय की तारीख , इनमें से जो बाद में हो, से प्रभावी) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ;
(viii) क्रम संख्यांक 14 के सामने , स्तंभ (3) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 100.00 रु0 (24 अगस्त, 2009 या पुनरीक्षित मजदूरी दर के वास्तविक संदाय की तारीख , इनमें से जो बाद में हो, से प्रभावी) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ;
(ix) क्रम संख्यांक 17 के सामने , स्तंभ (3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 90.00 रु0 (13 जुलाई, 2009 या पुनरीक्षित मजदूरी दर के वास्तविक संदाय की तारीख , इनमें से जो बाद में हो, से प्रभावी) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ;
(x) क्रम संख्यांक 18 (क) के सामने, स्तंभ (3) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 100.00 रु0 (14 मई, 2009 या पुनरीक्षित मजदूरी दर के वास्तविक संदाय की तारीख , इनमें से जो बाद में हो, से प्रभावी)" प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ;
(xi) क्रम संख्यांक 18 (ख) के सामने, स्तंभ (3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 100.00 रु0 ( 14 मई, 2009 या पुनरीक्षित मजदूरी दर के वास्तविक संदाय की तारीख , इनमें से जो बाद में हो , से प्रभावी) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ;
(xii) क्रम संख्यांक 18 (ग) के सामने, स्तंभ (3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 100.00 रु0 (14 मई, 2009 या पुनरीक्षित मजदूरी दर के वास्तविक संदाय की तारीख , इनमें से जो बाद में हो, से प्रभावी) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ;
(xiii) क्रम संख्यांक 21 के सामने, स्तंभ (3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 100.00 रु0 (1 अक्तूबर 2009 या पुनरीक्षित मजदूरी दर के वास्तविक संदाय की तारीख , इनमें से जो बाद में हो , से प्रभावी) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ;
(xiv) क्रम संख्यांक 22 के सामने, स्तंभ (3) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 100.00 रु0 (1 अप्रैल, 2009 या पुनरीक्षित मजदूरी दर के वास्तविक संदाय की तारीख, इनमें से जो बाद में हो , से प्रभावी) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ;
(xv) क्रम संख्यांक 26 के सामने, स्तंभ (3) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 99.00 रु० (2 जून, 2009 या पुनरीक्षित मजदूरी दर के वास्तविक संदाय की तारीख , इनमें से जो बाद में हो, से प्रभावी) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 31st December, 2010
S.O. 3081 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 1 ) of section 6 of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act , 2005 (42 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments further to amend the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Rural Development , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, vide number S.O.1 ( E ) , dated the 1st January, 2009, namely: -
In the said notification , in the Schedule, -
(i) or date of actual payment of the revised wage rate , whichever is later) " shall be substituted ; against S.No.1 , for the entry in column (3) , the entry " Rs . 100.00 (w.e.f. 2nd December , 2009
(ii) against S.No.2 , for the entry in column (3 ) , the entry " Rs.100.00 ( w.e.f. 21st May , 2009 ог date of actual payment of the revised wage rate , whichever is later ) " shall be substituted;
(iii) against S.No.3 , for the entry in column (3) , the entry " Rs.80.00 ( w.e.f. 1st April , 2009 or date ofactual payment of the revised wage rate , whichever is later) " shall be substituted;
(iv) dateof actual payment of the revised wage rate , whichever is later ) " shall be substituted; against S.No.4, for the entry in column (3 ) , the entry " Rs.100.00 ( w.e.f. 1st June, 2009 ог
(v) against S.No.8, for the entry in column ( 3 ) , the entry " Rs . 100.00 (w.e.f. 10th August , 2009 or date of actual payment of the revised wage rate , whichever is later ) " shall be substituted;
(vi ) against S.No.9 , for the entry in column (3) , the entry " Rs . 100.00 (w.e.f. 1st April ,, 2009 or date of actual payment of the revised wage rate , whichever is later ) " shall be substituted;
(vii ) against S.No.11 , for the entry in column (3), the entry " Rs. 100.00 ( w.e.f. 1st October , 2009 or date of actual payment of the revised wage rate , whichever is later ) " shall be substituted;

(viii) against S.No.14, for the entry in column (3) , the entry " Rs.100.00 (w.e.f. 24th August , 2009 or date of actual payment of the revised wage rate , whichever is later ) " shall be substituted ;
(ix) against S.No.17 , for the entry in column (3 ) , the entry " Rs.90.00 (w.e.f. 13th July, 2009 or date of actual payment of the revised wage rate , whichever is later) " shall be substituted;
(x) against S.No. 18 (a) , for the entry in column (3) , the entry " Rs.100.00 (w.e.f. 14th May, 2009 or date of actual payment of the revised wage rate , whichever is later) " shallbe substituted;
(xi ) against S.No.18 (b), for the entry in column (3 ) , the entry " Rs . 100.00 (w.e.f. 14th May, 2009 or date of actual payment of the revised wage rate , whichever is later) " shall be substituted;
(xii ) against S.No.18(c) , for the entry in column (3 ) , the entry " Rs . 100.00 (w.e.f. 14th May , 2009 or date of actual payment of the revised wage rate , whichever is later ) " shall be substituted;
(xiii) against S.No. 21 , for the entry in column ( 3 ) , the entry " Rs.100.00 (w.e.f. 1st October, 2009 or date of actual payment of the revised wage rate , whichever is later) " shall be substituted;
(xiv) against S.No.22, for the entry in column (3) , the entry " Rs. 100.00 (w.e.f. 1st April , 2009 or date of actual payment of the revised wage rate , whichever is later) " shall be substituted;
(xv) against S.No.26 , for the entry in column (3 ), the entry " Rs.99.00 (w.e.f. 2nd June , 2009 or date of actual payment of the revised wage rate , whichever is later) " shall be substituted.
