का.आ. 7(अ).- भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट ( उपक्रम का अंतरण एवं निरसन ) अधिनियम , 2002 ( 2002 का 58 ) की धारा 7 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , तथा दिनांक 30 नवम्बर , 2007 , 30 जून , 2009 और 11 अगस्त, 2009 तथा 14 जुलाई, 2010 और 30 सितम्बर , 2010 की समसंख्यक अधिसूचनाओं में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा केन्द्र सरकार के लिए तथा उसकी ओर से भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट के विनिर्दिष्ट उपक्रम के प्रबंधन का कार्य करने में भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट के विनिर्दिष्ट उपक्रम के प्रशासक के रूप में श्री के. एन. पृथ्वीराज की नियुक्तिको 31-12-2010 से आगे दो माह के लिए अथवा इस पद पर किसी नए पदधारी की नियुक्ति तक अथवा आगामी आदेशों तक, इनमें जो भी पहले हो , बढ़ाती है ।
S.O. 7 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 7 of Unit Trust of India ( Transfer ofUndertaking and Repeal ) Act, 2002 (No. 58 of2002 ), and in partial modification of notifications of even number dated 30th November , 2007 , 30th June , 2009 and 11th August , 2009 and 14th July, 2010 and 30th September, 2010 , the Central Government hereby extends appointment ofShri K. N. Prithviraj as the Administrator ofthe Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India in carrying on the management ofthe Specified Undertaking of Unit Trust of India for and on behalf of the Central Government for a period of two months beyond 31-12-2010 or until the appointment of a new incumbent to the post or until further order, whichever is earlier.
उनकी नियुक्तिकी शर्तें तथा निबंधन वहीं होंगे जो श्री पृथ्वीराज , प्रशासक, भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट के विनिर्दिष्ट उपक्रम को इस विभाग के दिनांक 19-12-2007 के समसंख्यक पत्र के तहत पहले ही संसूचित किए जा चुके थे ।
The terms and conditions of his appointment shall be the same as had already been communicated to Shri Prithviraj , Administrator, Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India vide this Department's letter of even number dated 19-12-2007 .
