का.आ. 8(अ) . मसाला बोर्ड नियम 1987 के नियम 4 एवं 5 के साथ पठित मसाला बोर्ड अधिनियम 1986 (1986 का 10) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए मसाला बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है तथा इस प्रयोजनार्थ भारत सरकार, वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय (वाणिज्य विभाग) की दिनांक 26 फरवरी , 1987 की अधिसूचना सं० सा.आ. 123 (अ) में आगे और निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थातः-
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्र.सं.4 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्ठि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्र.सं. एवं प्रविष्ठि को रखा जाएगा, अर्थातः-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 3rd January, 2011
S.O. 8 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (3 ) of section 3 of the Spices Board Act, 1986 ( 10 of 1986) read with rules 4 and 5 of the Spices Board Rules, 1987, the Central Government hereby appoint the following person as Member of the Spices Board for a period of three years from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce) vide number 'S.O. 123 (E), dated the 26th February, 1987, namely: -
In the said notification, for serial number 4 and the entry relating thereto , the following serial number and the entry shall be substituted, namely: -

(for three years from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette or till he holds the office as the Member of Parliament, whichever is earlier ) " "4. Shri S.
