Central Government hereby further extends the prohibition on import of milk and milk products including chocolates and chocolate products and candies/confectionery/food preparations with milk or milk solids as an ingredient, from China, imposed vide Notification No. 67(RE-2008)/2004-2009 dated 1st December, 2008 and extended vide Notification No. 49/2009-2014 dated 24th June, 2010, for a period of one year from 24th December, 2010 and until further orders.

का.आ. १(अ).-विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2009-2014 के पैरा 2.1 और विदेश व्यापार ( विकास एवं विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 की धारा 3 (2 ) के साथ पठित धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार, एत‌द्वारा , चीन से , अधिसूचना संख्या 67 (आर ई-2008)/2004-2009 दिनांक 1 दिसम्बर , 2008 द्वारा लगाये गये और अधिसूचना संख्या 49/2009-2014 दिनांक 24 जून , 2010 द्वारा बढ़ाए गए , चॉकलेट्स और चॉकलेट उत्पादों और संघटक के रूप में दुग्ध और दुग्ध पाऊडर ( मिल्क सॉलिड ) सहित कैंडीज/कनफैक्शनरी/फूड प्रिप्रेरेशन्स समेत दुग्ध और दुग्ध उत्पादों के आयात पर रोक को 24 दिसम्बर , 2010 से एक और वर्ष की अवधि के लिए और अगले आदेशों तक बढ़ाती है ।

Subject: Prohibition on import of milk and milk products from China .

S.O. 9 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 read along with Section 3 (2 ) ofthe Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 , also read along with paragraph 2.1 of Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14, the Central Government hereby further extends the prohibition onimport of milk and milk products including chocolates and chocolate products and candies/ confectionery/ food preparations with milk or milk solids as an ingredient , from China, imposed vide Notification No. 67( RE -2008) /2004- 2009 dated 1st December , 2008 and extended vide Notification No. 49/2009-2014 dated 24th June , 2010 , for a period of one year from 24th December , 2010 and until further orders .
