New Delhi , the 6th January, 2011
का.आ. 24(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , कारखाना अधिनियम, 1948 ( 1948 का 63 ) की धारा 2 के खंड ढ के परंतुक के खंड (ii ) के अनुसरण में यह घोषणा करती है कि निम्नलिखित सारणी के स्तंभ ( 1 ) में उल्लिखित व्यक्ति को , जिसे उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में उल्लिखित कारखाने के कार्य का प्रबंध करने के लिए नियुक्त किया गया है , उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजन के लिए अधिष्ठाता समझा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
