Central Government, with a view to securing equitable distribution and availability of fertilizers to the farmers in time, hereby directs that the manufacturers specified in the Schedule appended to this notification, shall sell the fertilizers produced by them, and of the description and quantity specified therein, to the registered fertilizer dealer in the State or the Union Territory specified in the corresponding entries of the said Schedule, during the Rabi season 2010-11,
