और यतः , मै. ओमनिबस इंडस्ट्रियल डेवलेपमेंट कॉर्पोरेशन ऑफ दमन एण्ड दीव एण्ड दादर एण्ड नागर हवेली लिमिटेड ने सम्पूर्ण 10.81 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनधिसूचित करने का प्रस्ताव किया है और केन्द्र सरकार ने उक्त प्रस्ताव पर विचार करके उसे दिनांक 25 नवम्बर , 2010 को अनुमोदित कर दिया है और अपनी सहमतिसे अवगत करा दिया है ;
का.आ. 29(अ).-यतः , मै. ओमनिबस इंडस्ट्रियल डेवलेपमेंट कॉर्पोरेशन ऑफ दमन एण्ड दीव एण्ड दादर एण्ड नागर हवेली लिमिटेड ने दादर एण्ड नागर हवेली संघ शासित क्षेत्र में खारदपाडा, नरोली में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित सेवाओं के लिए एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 ( 2005 का 28 ) ( जिसे एतद्पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है ) , की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत प्रस्ताव किया
अतः , अब, विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2006 के नियम 8 की धारा 1 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार उपरोक्त अधिसूचना को निरस्त करती है । सिवाय उन चीजों के जो ऐसे निरसन के पूर्व कारित की गई हैं या कारित किए जाने से निवारित की गई है ।

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY और यतः , केन्द्र सरकार ने विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम , 2006 के नियम 8 के साथ पठित अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय कीदिनांक 18 अगस्त, 2009 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2134( अ) में 12.81 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को विशेष आर्थिक जोन के रूप में अधिसूचित किया जिसमें निम्नलिखित तालिका में उल्लिखित सर्वेक्षण संख्या और क्षेत्र शामिल हैं :-

S.O. 29 (E) . Whereas M/s . Omnibus Industrial Development Corporation of Daman and Diu and Dadar and Nagar Haveli Limited , had proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Kharadpada, Naroli in the Union Territory of Dadra and NagarHaveli;

Andwhereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1) of Section 4 of the saidAct read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006 , has notified and area of 12.81 hectares at the above location as Special Economic Zone vide the Ministry ofCommerceand Industry notification number S.O.2134(Ε) , dated the 18th August, 2009 , comprising the following survey number and area as given below with the table :-

Andwhereas , M/s. Omnibus Industrial Development Corporation ofDaman and Diu and Dadar and Nagar Haveli Limited, had proposed to denotify the entire area of 12.81 hectares of the above Special Economic Zone and the Central Government has granted letter of approval for denotification of above area on 25th November , 2010;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by first proviso to rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006 , the Central Government hereby rescinds the above notification except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission .
