का.आ. 33 ( अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय तिलहन और वनस्पति तेल विकास बोर्ड अधिनियम , 1983 ( 1983 का 29 ) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य सभा द्वारा संसद सदस्य श्री नरेन्द्र बुढानिया के निर्वाचन को अधिसूचित करती है और उस प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार के कृषि मंत्रालय ( कृषि और सहकारिता विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का. आ. 153 ( अ ) तारीख 8 मार्च , 1984 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II, खंड 3 , उप - खंड ( ii ) तारीख 8 मार्च , 1984 को प्रकाशित की गई थी, में संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , क्रम सं. 4 ग और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
" 4 ग . श्री नरेन्द्र बुढानिया , संसद सदस्य , राज्य सभा बोर्ड में उनकी अवधि 3 अप्रैल , 2012 तक होगी । " [फा. सं. 2-3 /2005- सी . ए. VI ]

New Delhi , the 10th January, 2011
S.O. 33 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the National Oilseeds and Vegetable Oils Development Board Act , 1983 (29 of 1983 ) , the Central Government hereby notifies the election of Shri Narendra Budania , Member of Parliament by the Council of States and for that purpose amends the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture and Cooperation ) published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( ii ) , dated the 8th March , 1984 , vide number S.O. 153 ( E), dated the 8th March , 1984 , namely :-
In the said Notification , for serial number 4C and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely: --
"4C . Shri Narendra Budania , Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha .
His term on Board will be up to the 3rd April , 2012"
