का.आ. 36(अ).कंन्द्रीय सरकार , तारीख 11-11-2009 की राजपत्र अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2894( अ ) का अधिक्रमण करते हुए तथा भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् (निर्वाचन ) नियमावली , 1975 के नियम 2 के खण्ड ( घ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इसके साथ संलग्न सारणी के स्तंभ ( 3 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी को उक्तसारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) की तदनुरूप प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट राज्य की बाबत , उक्त नियमों के प्रयोजनार्थ एतद्वारा रिटर्निंग अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है, अर्थात्:--

S.O. 36 (E ) . In supersession of Gazette Notification No. S.O. 2894 ( E) dated 11-11-2009 and in exercise of the powers conferred by Clause ( d) of Rule 2 of the Indian Medicine Central Council ( Election ) Rules , 1975 , the Central Government hereby appoints the officer mentioned in column (3) ofthe Table annexed hereto to be the Returning Officer for the purpose of the said Rules in respect of the State mentioned in the corresponding entry in column (2) ofthe said Table , namely : - --
