का.आ. 37(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , तारीख 13-10-2010 की राजपत्र अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2548 ( अ ) का अधिक्रमण करते हुए तथा भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् ( निर्वाचन ) नियमावली, 1975 के नियम 2 के खण्ड ( घ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इसके साथ संलग्न सारणी के स्तंभ (3 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी 'को उक्तसारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) की तद्नुरूप प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट राज्य की बाबत, उक्त नियमों के प्रायोजनार्थ एतद्वारा रिटर्निंग अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है, अर्थात्:-

S.O. 37 ( E ) . In supersession of Gazette Notification No. S.O. 2548 ( E) dated 13-10-2010 and in exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (d ) of Rule 2 of the Indian Medicine Central Council ( Election) Rules , 1975, the Central Government hereby appoints the officer mentioned in column ( 3) of the Table annexed hereto to be the Returning Officer for the purpose of the said Rules in respect of the State mentioned in the corresponding entry in column (2 ) of the said Table , namely :-
