का.आ. 44(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खंड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3234 (अ ) , तारीख 15 दिसम्बर, 2009 का, सिवाए उन बातों के संबंध में जो ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले कर ली गई हैं अथवा करने से लोप कर दी गई हैं , अधिक्रमण करते हुए , अपर जिला कलक्टर , सीकर को राजस्थान राज्य में , नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय रजमार्ग संख्या ।। के 298.050 कि.मी. से 341.047 कि.मी. तक के भूखंड के संबंध में उक्त राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के निर्माण ( चौड़ा करने/चार/छह लेन का बनाने , आदि) , अनुरक्षण , प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है :-

S.O. 44 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956 ) , and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 3234 ( E ) , dated the 15th December, 2009 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Government hereby authorizes the Additional District

Collector , Sikar, as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , in respect of the stretch of land from kım . 298.050 to km . 341.047 of the National Highway No. 11 for building ( widening/ four/ six laning , etc.) maintenance , management and operation of the said National Highway in the State of Rajasthan , as specified in the Schedule givenbelow :-
