का.आ. 53(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, रेल अधिनियम , 1989 (1989 का 24 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( 7क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , विशेष रेल परियोजना अर्थात् पश्चिम बंगाल राज्य के हुगली एवं वर्धवान जिले में पूर्वी डेडीकेटेड फ्रेट कॉरीडोर के निष्पादन , अनुरक्षण और प्रचालन के लोक प्रयोजन के लिए राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से अतिरिक्त जिला मजिस्ट्रेट ( भूमि अर्जन ) , हुगली एवं वर्धवान , पश्चिम बंगाल में उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में ऐसे प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए नियुक्त करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 12th January, 2011
S.O. 53 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act , 1989 (24 of 1989) , the Central Government hereby authorizes the Additional District Magistrate ( Land Acquisition ) , Hooghly and Burdwan as competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette for public purpose of execution , maintenance , management and operation of the Special Railway Project , namely, Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor respect of the land falling in the districts of Hooghly and Burdwan in the State of West Bengal .
