का.आ. 59(अ). मोटर यान अधिनियम , 1988 की धारा 58 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) और धारा 110 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार, यहां संलग्न अनुसूची में यथा उल्लिखित अधिकतम सुरक्षित लदान भार और माप आयाम वाले निम्नलिखित प्राइम मूवरों और सेमी ट्रेलरों का पंजीकरण आंध्र प्रदेश , पोर्ट ब्लेयर और दिल्ली में किए जाने के लिए एतद्वारा अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है:-

6. उपर्युक्त वाहनों को उनकी बॉडी पर अपेक्षित डिवाइस जैसे डीजी सेट , एंटीना लगाए जाने , उपकरणों आदि को रखे जाने के लिए शेल्टर/ केबिन बनाए जाने के लिए अनुमति प्रदान की जाएगी।
7. पहले दो प्राइम मूवर और एक सेमी - ट्रेलर का पंजीकरण प्रारम्भ में हैदराबाद में किया जाएगा और बाद में उनका पंजीकरण पोर्ट ब्लेयर में अंतरित कर दिया जाएगा। शेष दो प्राइम मूवर दिल्ली में पंजीकृत किए जाएंगे। तथापि, इन वहनों को अपेक्षानुसार, किसी भी अन्य राज्य/संघ राज्य क्षेत्र में भविष्य में स्थानांतरित किए जाने के लिए अनुमति प्रदान की जाएगी।
8. इन विशेष प्रयोजन वाहनों का पंजीकरण , फार्म 21 और फार्म 22 को प्रस्तुत किए बगैर ही किया जाएगा क्योंकि उनके डिजाइन और विनिर्देश सामान्य वाहनों से भिन्न हैं ।

9. विशेष रूप से विनिर्मित ये वाहन गैर - परिवहन श्रेणी में पंजीकृत किए जाएंगे क्योंकि ये, रक्षा सेवा अपेक्षाओं की आवश्यकता को पूरा करने के लिए केन्द्रीय सरकार की संपत्ति होंगे ।
10. इन वाहनों को केन्द्रीय मोटर यान नियमावली, 1989 के अनुपालन से छूट प्रदान की जाएगी ।

S.O.59 (E) . In:exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 3 ) of Section 58 and sub- section (3) ( a) ofSection 110ofthe Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government hereby accords approval to the registration in Andhra Pradesh , Port Blair and Delhi offollowing Prime Movers and Semi -Trailer with maximum safe laden weight and dimension as mentioned inthe Schodule appended hereto:

6. The above vehicles would be allowed to mount various required devices on its body such as DG set , Antenna , shelter / cabin for housing equipments , etc.
7. First two Prime Movers and one Semi - Trailer will be registered initially in Hyderabad and subsequently transferredto Port Blair. Remaining two Prime Movers will be registered in Delhi . However, these vehicles will be allowed to transferred to any other States /UTs in future as per requirement .
8. These special purpose vehicles will be registered without production ofForms 21 and 22 as their designs and specifications are different from the normal vehicles .
9. These specially manufactured vehicles will be registered in the non- transport category as they belongs to Central Government for catering the need to the Defence service requirements .
10. These vehicles will be exempted from the compliance of Central Motor Vehicles Rules , 1989.
