का.आ. 62(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, कारखाना अधिनियम , 1948 (1948 का 63 ) की धारा 2 के खंड ( ढ ) के परंतुक के खंड ( iii ) के अनुसरण में , भारत सरकार के इस्पात मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 825 ( अ ) , तारीख , 7 अप्रैल , 2008 में, निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में , स्तंभ 2 की प्रविष्टि में क्रम सं. 1 के सामने " श्री अशोक कुमार , कार्यपालक निदेशक [ संकर्म ] " शब्दों और कोष्ठकों के स्थान पर " श्री मधुसुदन , महाप्रबंधक प्रभारी [ संकर्म ] " शब्द और कोष्ठक रखे जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 13th January, 2011
S.O. 62(E). In pursuance of clause ( iii ) of the proviso to clause (n ) of Section 2 of the Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948 ) , the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in the notification of the Governmen ofInida, in the Ministry of Steel number S. O. 825 (E) , datec the 7th April , 2008 namely :--
In the said notification in the Table , in column 2 ir the entry against serial number 1 , for the words anc brackets " Shri Ashok Kumar, Executive Director [ works ] " the words and brackets " Shri Madhusudan , Genera Manager Incharge [ Works ] " shall be subsituted.
