का.आ. 63(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , कारखाना अधिनियम, 1948 ( 1948 का 63 ) की धारा 2 के खंड ( ढ ) के परंतुक के खंड ( iii ) के अनुसरण में और भारत सरकार के इस्पात मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 214 ( अ ) , तारीख 30 जनवरी , 2008 को, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए और जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है , की घोषणा करती है कि नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित व्यक्तियों को जो उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 3 ) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों में उल्लिखित कारखानों के कामकाज के प्रबंध के लिए नियुक्त किए गए हैं , उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजन के लिए अधिष्ठाता समझे जाएंगे ।

S.O. 63( E) . In pursuance of clause (iii) to the proviso to clause ( n ) of Section 2 of the Factories Act , 1948 (63 of 1948) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Steel number S.O. 214 (E) , dated the 30th January, 2008 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Government hereby declares that the persons mentioned in column (2) of the Table below appointed to manage the affairs ofthe factories mentioned in corresponding entries in column ( 3) of the said Table shall be deemed to be the occupier for the purposes of the said Act .
