का.आ. 84 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, भूमिगत रेल ( संकर्म- संनिर्माण ) अधिनियम , 1978 ( 1978 का 33 ) की धारा । की उप - धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राजस्थान सरकार से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम के उपबंधों को इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से जयपुर विकास प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1982 ( 1982 का राजस्थान अधिनियम संख्यांक 25 ) की धारा 2 के खंड 8 में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट जयपुर महानगर क्षेत्र के लिए विस्तारित करती है ।

S.O. 84(E) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub- section (3 ) of Section 1 ofthe Metro Railways (Construction ofWorks) Act, 1978 (33 of 1978 ), the Central Government, after consultation with the Government of Rajasthan , hereby extend the provisions of the said Act to the metropolitan area of Jaipur, as specified in clause ( 8) of Section 2 of the Jaipur DevelopmentAuthority Act, 1982 (Rajasthan Act No. 25 of 1982), with effect from the date ofpublication ofthis notification inthe Official Gazette .

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2 ) of Section I ofthe Metro Railways (Operation andMaintenance) Act, 2002 (60 of 2002 ) , the Central Government, after consultation with the Government of Rajasthan , hereby extend the provisions of the said Act to the metropolitan area of Jaipur , as specified in clause (8) of Section 2 ofthe Jaipur Development Authority Act, 1982 ( Rajasthan Act No. 25 of 1982) , with effect from the date of publication ofthis notification in the Official Gazette .

का.आ. 86(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , मेट्रो रेल ( प्रचालन और अनुरक्षण ) अधिनियम , 2002 ( 2002 का 60 ) की धारा 7 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, रेल सुरक्षा आयुक्त, पश्चिमी सर्किल , मुंबई को मुंबई महानगर क्षेत्र में मेट्रो रेल परियोजना की बाबत , इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से मेट्रो रेल सुरक्षा आयुक्त के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए नियुक्त करती है ।

S.O. 86 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 7 of the Metro Railways (Operation andMaintenance )Act , 2002 (60 of 2002) , the Central Government, hereby appoints Commissioner of Railway Safety, Western Circle, Mumbai to act as Commissioner of Metro Railway Safety in respect of the Metro Railway Project in Mumbai Metropolitan area with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette .
