का.आ. 94(अ).-राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खंड ( क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( ii ) दिनांक 25 फरवरी , 2009 में प्रकाशित, तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय , ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 556 ( अ ) दिनांक 25 फरवरी , 2009 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
S.O. 94( E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of Government of India in the then Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways ) No. S.O. 556( E) , dated the 25th February, 2009 published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , sub - section ( ii ) , dated the 25th February, 2009, namely :----
उक्त अधिसूचना की प्रस्तावना में, अंक और अक्षर ' 3 (A) ' को अंक और अक्षर ' 3 ( a ) ' से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा । उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में गांवों के नामों में गांव " गरेवाडी " और गांव " कस्बे सिनार " को क्रमशः गांव " गुरेवाडी " और गांव " सिनार " से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।
In the preamble to the said notification , the figure and letter " 3 (A) " shall be substituted by " 3 (a) " . The names ofvillages in the Schedule of the said notification the village " Garewadi " and village " Kasbe Sinnar " , shall be substituted by village " Gurewadi " and village " Sinnar " , respectively.
