का.आ. 91 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , पेट्रोलियम नियम , 2002 के नियम 16 ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , जनहित में पेट्रोलियम आयात किए जाने की आवश्यकता पर विचार करते हुए , एतद्वारा , इस अधिसूचना जारी होने की तारीख से 31 दिसम्बर , 2011 तक समुद्र द्वारा भारत में " क " एवं/या " ख " एवं/या " ग " में बल्क में 280382 केएल पेट्रोलियम श्रेणी क का आयात करने के लिए गुजरात में मुंद्रा पत्तन को अधिसूचित करती है ।

In exercise of the powers confeired under Rule 16 ( 1 ) ofthe Petroleum Rules , 2002, the Central Government , in consideration of the necessity to import petroleum in public interest, hereby notifies Mundra Port inGujarat for importing 280382 KL petroleum Class A in bulk " A" &/ or " B " &/ or " C " in India by sea up to 31stDecember, 2011 from the date of issue of this notification .
