सा.का.नि. 26(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , भांडागारण विकास और विनियमन प्राधिकरण , भांडागारण विकास और विनियमन अधिनियम, 2007 (2007 का 37 ) की धारा 34 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियोंका प्रयोग करते हुए अधिनियम की धारा 51 के अधीन विनियम बनाने से संबंधित विषयों पर सलाह देने और उक्त अधिनियम के उपबंधों के प्रभावी कार्यान्वयन के लिए सिफारिश करने के लिए भांडागारण सलाहकार समिति का गठन करता है, जो निम्नलिखित से मिलकर बनेगी , अर्थात्:--
-अध्यक्ष 1.. अध्यक्ष, भांडागारण विकास और विनियमन प्राधिकरण
-सदस्य 2. सदस्य, भांडागारण विकास और विनियमन प्राधिकरण
--सदस्य 3. अपर सचिव और वित्तीय सलाहकार , खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण विभाग
4. अध्यक्ष, वायदा बाजार आयोग
-सदस्य 7. संयुक्त सचिव, उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग
-सदस्य
8. प्रबंध निदेशक, केन्द्रीय भांडागारण निगम
-सदस्य
9. महानिदेशक, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो
--सदस्य
10. प्रबंध निदेशक, भारतीय कृषि बीमा कंपनी -सदस्य
11.
सदस्य भारतीय स्टेट बैंक का प्रतिनिधि, जो महाप्रबंधक की पंक्तिसे नीचे का न हो
-सदस्य 12. राष्ट्रीय कृषि और ग्रामीण विकास बैंक का प्रतिनिधि, जो महाप्रबंधक की पंक्ति से नीचे का न हो
-सदस्य 13. भारतीय वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंडल संघ का प्रतिनिधि
14. भारतीय उद्योग परिसंघ का प्रातिनिधि

15. कृषक संगम का प्रतिनिधि

17. निदेशक, भांडागारण विकास और -सदस्य सचिव विनियमन प्राधिकरण ( भा. वि. वि. प्रा. )
2. कृषक संगम और सहकारिता के प्रतिनिधियों की पदावधि (क्रम संख्यांक 15 और क्रम संख्यांक 16 ) उस तारीख से जिसको क्रमशः वे पद ग्रहण करते हैं , दो वर्ष या उसके पुनर्गठन होने तक , जो भी पूर्वतर हो, होगी ।
-सदस्य 5. संयुक्त सचिव ( भंडारण ) खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण विभाग
3. अध्यक्ष और अन्य सदस्यों की पदावधि क्रमशः उनकी पदावधि तक सह विस्तारी होगी ।

GS.R. 26(E). In exercise of powers.conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 34 of the Warehousing. Development and Regulation Act, 2007 (No. 37 of 2007 ), the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority hereby constitutes the Warehousing Advisory Committee , to advise the Authority on matters relating to the making of regulations under Section 51 of the Act and making recommendations for effective implementation of the provisions of the said Act, namely:---

2. The terms of office of the Representatives of Farmer'sAssociation and Cooperatives (Serial Numbers 15 and 16) shall be for a period of two years from the date on which the respectively assume office , unless it is reconstituted, whichever is earlier.
3. The term of office of the Chairman and other members shall be co - terminus with their tenure in their respective posts .
