सा.का.नि. 27(अ). महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 6 ) के साथ पठित उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( सी ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय , पत्तन स्कंध के दिनांक 28-10-2009 के सं. सा.का.नि. 787 ( अ ) में भारत सरकार के राजपत्र अधिसूचना में संशोधान करती है ।
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 12 पर " श्री उमेश ग्रोवर , निदेशक ( तकनीकी और ऑशोर ) , भारतीय नौवहन निगम लिमिटेड " को " श्री ए.के. गुप्ता, निदेशक, भारतीय नौवहन निगम लिमिटेड " के शब्दों से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।

New Delhi , the 17th January, 2011
GS.R. 27 ( E) . In exercise of powers conferred by clause ( c) of sub - section ( 1 ) read with sub - section (6 ) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trust Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby makes an amendment in the Gazette Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shiping , Ports Wing No. G.S.R. 787 (E ) , dated 28-10-2009 .
2. In the said notification against the serial number 12 for the words " Shri Umesh Grover, Director (Tech . & Offsore) , Shipping Corporation of India Ltd. , " the words " Shri A.K. Gupta, Director, Shipping Corporation of India Ltd. " shall be substituted .
