का.आ. 99(अ). केन्द्र सरकार , कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का 34 ) की धारा 10 की उप- धारा ( 1) के अनुसरण में, भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , के भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( ii ) , दिनांक 21 अक्तूबर , 2010 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2606( अ ) , दिनांक 21 अक्तूबर , 2010 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
उपरोक्त अधिसूचना में " धारा 10 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( छ ) के अधीन इस प्रयोजन हेतु केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा मान्यताप्राप्त चिकित्सा व्यवसायी संघों के परामर्श से केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा नियुक्त " शीर्षक के अंतर्गत क्रम सं. 31 , 32 और 33 के सामने निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टिप्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 18th January, 2011
S.O. 99 (E) . In pursuance of sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 10 of the Employee's State Insurance Act , 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment No. S.O. 2606 (E ) dated the 21st October , 2010 published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub- section ( ii) dated the 21st October , 2010 .
In the said notification under the heading "Appointed by the Central Government under clause ( g ) of sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 10 in consultation with organisations of Medical Practitioners recognised by the Central Government for the purpose " against Sl . Nos . 31 , 32 and 33 , the following entries shall be substituted , namely :-
