(ग) धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ग ) के अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को सदस्य मनोनीत किया जाता है :
का.आ. 101 (अ).-यतः भारत सरकार के गृह मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1820(अ ) , तारीख 27 दिसम्बर, 2005 द्वारा नई दिल्ली नगरपालिका परिषद् का गठन किया गया था और इसका प्रथम अधिवेशन 19 जनवरी , 2006 को हुआ था;
और यतः , परिषद् का कार्यकाल इसके प्रथम अधिवेशन के लिए नियत तारीख से केवल पांच वर्ष के लिए है और इसके पश्चात् नहीं;
(i ) श्री एम. गोपाल रेड्डी, संयुक्तसचिव ( संघ राज्य क्षेत्र ) , गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार
और यतः , उक्त अधिसूचना के अधीन इस प्रकार गठित परिषद् का कार्यकाल , इसके प्रथम अधिवेशन की तारीख से पाँच वर्ष की अवधि के पूरा होने पर, अर्थात् 18 जनवरी , 2011 को समाप्त हो जाएगा;
(ii ) डॉ. एम. एम. कुट्टी , संयुक्त सचिव (डी एंड एल ) , शहरी विकास मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार
( iii) श्री एस. के. सिंह ,
भूमि एवं विकास अधिकारी , शहरी विकास मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार
( iv) श्री धर्मेन्द्र,
अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, नई दिल्ली नगरपालिका परिषद् अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का 44 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा दिनांक 27 दिसम्बर, 2005 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1820 ( अ ) के अधिक्रमण में नई दिल्ली नगरपालिका परिषद् का निम्न रूप से पुनर्गठन करती है :

पर्यावरण एवं वन विभाग , राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार
(क) धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( क) के अंतर्गत , दिल्ली की मुख्य मंत्री से परामर्श करके , श्री परिमल राय को अध्यक्ष नियुक्तकरती है;
(v) श्रीमती रीता कुमार ,
(ख) धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख ) के अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित व्यक्ति इसके सदस्य होंगे :
विशेष आयुक्त ( वी ए टी ) और निदेशक, सूचना एवं प्रचार निदेशालय , राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार

(घ ) धारा 4 की उप धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( घ ) के अंतर्गत , दिल्ली की मुख्य मंत्री से परामर्श करके, निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को सदस्य मनोनीत किया जाता है :-
(i ) श्रीमती ताजदार बाबर , नं. 1 , गोल्फ लिंक सदन, गोल्फ लिंक निकट खान मार्किट , नई दिल्ली
(ii ) श्री अशोक आहूजा, 64 - ए, एम आई जी , डी डी ए फ्लैट्स , कटवारिया सराय , नई दिल्ली ।
(ङ) धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) के अंतर्गत श्री अजय माकन, संसद सदस्य, नई दिल्ली विशेष आमंत्रित व्यक्ति होंगे;
( च) धारा 4 की उप- धारा (4 ) के अंतर्गत केन्द्र सरकार, दिल्ली की मुख्य मंत्री से परामर्श करके, श्रीमती ताजदार बाबर , सदस्य, को परिषद् की उपाध्यक्ष नामित करती है ।

MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 18th January, 2011
S.O. 101 (E). Whereas the New Delhi Municipal Council was constituted by the notification of the Government ofIndia in the Ministry ofHome Affairs number S.O. 1820(E), dated the 27th December, 2005 and its first meeting was held on 19th January, 2006;
And whereas , the duration of the Council is five years from the date appointed for its first meeting and no longer;
And whereas, the duration of the Council so consti- tuted under the said notification shall come to an end , on completion of the period of five years from the date of its firstmeeting, that is on 18th January, 2011 ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 and section 4 of the New Delhi Municipal Council Act , 1994 (44 of 1994) and in supersession of the notification number S.O. 1820 (E), dated the 27th December , 2005, the Central Government hereby re - constitutes the New Delhi Municipal Council as under:-
(a) under clause ( a) of sub-section ( 1) of Section 4 , in consultation with the Chief Minister of Delhi , appoints Shri Parimal Rai as Chairperson;
(b) under clause (b ) of sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4, the following persons shall be members :-
(i) Smt. Sheila Dikshit, ChiefMinister , Delhi
(ii) Shri Karan Singh Tanwar , Member of Legislative Assembly, Delhi ;
(c) under clause (c) of sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 , the following persons are nominated as members :--
(i) Shri M. Gopal Reddy, Joint Secretary ( UT) , Ministry ofHome Affairs , Government of India
(ii) Dr. M. M. Kutty, Joint Secretary ( D & L) , Ministry ofUrban Development , Government of India
( iii) Shri S. K. Singh , Land and Development Officer, Ministry ofUrban Development, Government of India
(iv) Shri Dharmender, Secretary, Department of Environment and Forests , Government ofNational Capital Territory of Delhi
(v) Smt. Rita Kumar, Special Commissioner ( VAT) and Director, Directorate of Information and Publicity, Government ofNational Capital Territory ofDelhi ;
(d) under clause (d) of sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 4, in consultation with the Chief Minister of Delhi , the following persons are nominated as members :---
(1) Smt .TajdarBabar, No. 1, GolfLink Sadan , Golf Link Near Khan Market , New Delhi
(ii) Shri Ashok Ahuja, 64- A, MIG , DDA Flats , Katwaria Sarai , New Delhi :
(e) under sub- section (2) of Section 4, Shri Ajay Maken , Member ofParliament, New Delhi shall be the special invitee;
(f) under sub - section (4) of Section 4 , the Central Government, in consultation with the Chief Minister ofDelhi , nominates Smt . Tajdar Babar, Member , as the Vice-Chairperson of the Council .
