सा.का.नि. 108(अ). सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52 ) की धारा 76 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा, भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्वविभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 208/1977- सीमा शुल्क, दिनांक 1 अक्तूबर, 1977 , जिसे दिनांक 1 अक्तूबर , 1977 को भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , के भाग 2 , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( i ) में प्रकाशित किया गया था, में आगे निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, यथा-
GS.R. 108 (E).-In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub - section (2) of Section 76 ofthe Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofFinance (Department ofRevenue), No 208/ 1977- Customs, dated the 1st October, 1977, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub - section ( i), dated the 1st October , 1977, namely:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, पैराग्राफ 2 में, स्पष्टीकरण के पहले , निम्न परंतुक अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, यथा-
In the said notification, in paragraph 2, before the Explanation, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-
" बशर्ते कि तब कोई प्रतिअदायगी की अनुमति नहीं होगी जब निर्यातित माल का किसी तीसरे देश से भारत में आयात किया गया हो और उसका नेपाल में निर्यात किया गया हो । "

"Provided that no drawback shall be allowed if the goods exported were imported into India from third countries and exported to Nepal. "
