S.R. 42(E) .-In the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs) number G.S.R. 5 (E) , dated 6th January, 2011 published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (i) dated the 6th January, 2011 relating to the Department of Economic Affairs , Controller of Aid, Accounts and Audit Recruitment Rules , 2011 , under Column 14the words " Not Applicable " may be substitutex! by " Consultation with UPSC necessary when an officer is inthe field ofconsideration for appointment on absorption basis" .
