का.आ. 138(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण अधिनियम , 1988 ( 1988 का 68 ) की धारा 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग कते हए , भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 910 ( अ ) , तारीख 21 अप्रैल , 2010 , में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात् :-
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी के स्तंभ ( 1 ) के अधीन , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 75 के सामने , स्तंभ ( 2 ) और स्तंभ ( 3 ) में मध्य प्रदेश राज्य से संबंधित प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएगा।

New Delhi , the 20th January , 2011
S.O. 138 (E) . In exercise of powers conferred by Section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India , Act , 1988 (68 of 1988 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways , number S.O. 910 ( E) , dated 21st April , 2010 , namely :-
In the Table to the said notification , under column ( 1 ) , against National Highway number 75, the entries in columns (2) and (3 ) , in respect of State of Madhya Pradesh shall be omitted .

का.आ. 139(अ), केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1096( अ) , तारीख 4 अगस्त , 2005 , में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनसूची में क्रम सं. 13 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात् :-

" 13. राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 7 [ 243.600 कि.मी. से 651.500 कि.मी. को छोड़कर ( मध्य प्रदेश में रीवा से कटनी और महाराष्ट्र सीमा तक) ] , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 12 [ 10.20 कि.मी. से 314.00 कि.मी. को छोड़कर ( जबलपुर- भोपाल ) और 1.40 कि.मी. से 67.20 कि.मी. ब्यावरा - म.प्र. और राजस्थान सीमा सेक्शन ( ब्यावरा राजगढ़ से मध्य प्रदेश/राजस्थान सीमा) ] , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 26क, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 27 , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 75 [ 0.00 कि.मी. से 85.00 कि.मी. को छोड़कर ग्वालियर से म.प्र. /उ.प्र. सीमा जिसमें ग्वालियर-झांसी सेक्शन का ग्वालियर बाईपास भी है ] , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 76 [ 0.000 कि.मी. से 30.00 कि.मी. को छोड़कर ( मध्य प्रदेश और राजस्थान सीमा से शिवपुरी तक) ] तक और राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 92 मध्य प्रदेश राज्य के भीतर यथा अवस्थित भाग ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways ) number S.O. 1096 (E) , dated 4th August, 2005 , namely :--
In the Schedule to said notification , for serial number 13 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entries shall be substituted , namely : ----
