का.आ. 142(अ), केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् ( निर्वाचन ) नियमावली , 1973 के नियम 2 के खण्ड ( घ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ ( 3 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी को इस सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) की तदनुरूप प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट राज्य की बाबत, उक्त नियमों के प्रयोजनार्थ एतद्वारा रिटर्निंग अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है , अर्थात् :-

In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause ( d ) of rule 2 of the Indian Medicine Central Council (Election ) Rules , 1975 , the Central Government hereby appoints the officer mentioned in column ( 3 ) of the Table annexed hereto to be the Returning Officer for the purpose of the said rules in respect of the State mentioned in the corresponding entry in column ( 2 ) of the said Fable . namely:
