का.आ. 143(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, निर्यात ( गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण और निरीक्षण ) अधिनियम, 1963 की धारा 17 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों काप्रयोग करते हुए ताजे , प्रशीतित और प्रसंस्कृत मत्स्य एवं मात्स्यिकी उत्पाद निर्यात ( गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण , निरीक्षण और निगरानी ) नियम , 1995 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है ,
अर्थात्:-
S.O. 143 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 17 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Act, 1963 (22 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Export of Fresh, Frozen and Processed Fish and Fishery Products (Quality Control and Inspection and Monitoring ) Rules , 1995, namely:--
1. (1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम ताजे , प्रशीतित और प्रसंस्कृत मत्स्य और मात्स्यिकी उत्पाद निर्यात ( गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण , निरीक्षण और निगरानी ) नियम, 2011 है ।
1. (1 ) These rules may be called the Export of Fresh , Frozen and Processed Fish and Fishery Products (Quality Control and Inspection and Monitoring) Amendment Rules , 2011 .
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
(2) They shall come into force from the date of theirpublication in the Official Gazette.
2. ताजे , प्रशीतित और प्रसंस्कृत मत्स्य और मात्स्यिकी उत्पाद निर्यात ( गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण , निरीक्षण और निगरानी ) नियम, 1995 के नियम 2 में फ्रीजर जलयान से संबंधित खण्ड " 2.21 " के स्थान पर खण्ड " 2.21 क" रखा जाएगा ।
2. In the Export of Fresh , Frozen and Processed Fish and Fishery Products (Quality Control and Inspection and Monitoring) Rules , 1995 , in rule 2, for clause " 2.21 " relating to freezer vessel , clause " 2.21a " shall be substituted.

टिप्पणीः मूल नियम का.आ. 730( अ) तारीख 21 अगस्त , 1995 द्वारा प्रकाशित किए गए थे और का.आ. 415 ( अ ) तारीख 11 अप्रैल , 2002 तथा का.आ. 1029 ( अ ) तारीख 24 सितम्बर , 2002 , का.आ. 1034( अ) , दिनांक 9 सितम्बर , 2003 , का.आ. 717 , दिनांक 25 फरवरी , 2005 , का.आ. 612, दिनांक 15 फरवरी , 2007 , का.आ. 1519( अ) , दिनांक 16 जून , 2008 और का.आ. 2714 ( अ ) , दिनांक 28 अक्तूबर, 2009 द्वारा संशोधित किए गए थे।
Note: The principal rules were published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide notification Number S.O. 730 (E) dated 21st August , 1995 , and subsequently amended vide notification number S.O. 415(E) dated 11thApril , 2002, S.O. 1029(E) , dated 24th September, 2002, S.O. 1034 (E) dated 9th September , 2003 , S.O. 717 dated 25th February, 2005 , S.O. 612 dated 15th February, 2007, S.O. 1519 ( E) dated 16th June , 2008 and S.O. 2714 (E) dated 28th October , 2009 .
