S.O. 144 (E) .- Whereas the Central Government having been satisfied that the public interest so requires that in pursuance of the provisions of sub- clause (vi ) of the clause (n) of Section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 ( 14 of 1947 ) , declared by the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment , dated 22-7-2010 the service in the Security PaperMill , Hoshangabad , which is covered by item 21 of the First Schedule to the Industrial Disputes Act , 1947 (14 of 1947), to be a public utility service for the purpose of the saidAct, for a period of six months from 31st July, 2010.
क़ा.आ. 144(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार संतुष्ट हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना अपेक्षित था , औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम , 1947 (1947 का 14 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( ढ़ ) के उप- खण्ड ( vi ) के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना दिनांक 22-7-2010 द्वारा सिक्युरिटी पेपर मिल, होशंगाबाद, जो कि औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, 1947 (1947 का 14 ) की प्रथम अनुसूची की प्रविष्टि 21 में शामिल है , को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए दिनांक 31-7-2010 से छः मास की कालावधि के लिए लोक उपयोगी सेवा घोषित किया था ।

और केन्द्रीय सरकार की राय है कि लोकहित में उक्त कालावधि को छः मास की और कालावधि के लिए बढ़ाया जाना अपेक्षित है ।
And whereas, the Central Government is of opinion that public interest requires the extension of the said period by a further period of six months .
अतः , अब , औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, 1947 ( 1947 का 14) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( ढ़ ) के उप- खण्ड ( vi ) के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त उद्योग को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए दिनांक 31-1-2011 से छः मास की कालावधि के लिए लोक उपयोगी सेवा घोषित करती है ।
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub - clause (vi) of clause (n ) of Section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 ( 14 of 1947), the Central Government hereby declares the said industry to be a public utility service for the purposes of the said Act , for a period of six months from 31st January, 2011 .
