S.O. 145( E) . The Central Government, having considered in consultation with the application for renewal of recognition, made under Section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act , 1952 (74 of 1952 ), by the Central India Commercial Exchange Ltd. , Gwalior and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in public interest so to do, hereby grants , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the said Act, renewal of the said Exchange for a further period from 1st March , 2011 to 31st March , 2012 ( both days inclusive) in respect of forward contracts in Rapeseed/Mustardseed .
का.आ. 145(अ). केन्द्र सरकार , सेन्ट्रल इंडिया कमर्शियल एक्सचेंज लि. ग्वालियर द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए अग्रिम संविदा ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अंतर्गत दिए गए आवेदन पत्र पर, वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में और लोकहित में भी होगा , एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , उक्त एक्सचेंज को 1 मार्च, 2011 से 31 मार्च, 2012 ( दोनों दिन सम्मिलित ) तक की अवधि के लिए रेपसीड/सरसों में अग्रिम संविदाओं के संबंध में मान्यता का नवीकरण करती है ।
2. The renewal hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions as may, from time to time be given by the Forward Markets Commission .
2. इसके द्वारा प्रदत्त नवीनीकरण की मान्यता इस शर्त के अध ीन है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय - समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी ।
