का.आ. 141 (अ). जबकि वित्तीय आस्तियों का प्रतिभूतिकरण एवं पुनर्गठन और प्रतिभूति हित का प्रवर्तन अधिनियम , 2002 (एसएआरएफएईएसआई अधिनियम , 2002-उक्त अधिनियम ) की धारा 2 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ङ) के उप- खण्ड ( iv ) द्वारा केन्द्रीय सरकार को प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , महर्षि हाउसिंग डेवलपमेंट फाइनेंस कार्पोरेशन , नई दिल्ली को एसएआरएफएईएसआई अधिनियम, 2002 के अंतर्गत 10 नवम्बर , 2003 को ' वित्तीय संस्थान ' के रूप में अधिसूचित किया गया; और
जबकि, उक्त महर्षि हाउसिंग डेवलपमेट फाइनेंस कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड ने अपना नाम ' रेलीगेयर हाउसिंग डेवलपमेंट फाइनेंस कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड' के रूप में बदल कर केन्द्रीय सरकार से ' रेलीगेयर हाउसिंग डेवलपमेंट फाइनेंस कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड ' को एसएआरएफएईएसआई अधिनियम ( उक्त अधिनियम) के अंतर्गत वित्तीय संस्थान के रूप में अधिसूचित करने का अनुरोध किया है; और
जबकि उक्त महर्षि हाउसिंग डेवलपमेंट फाइनेंस कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड ने अपना नाम बदलने के समर्थन में केन्द्रीय सरकार की संतुष्टि के अनुरूप दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत किए हैं और इस संबंध में संतुष्ट होने पर, केन्द्रीय सरकार , एतद्वारा , ' रेलीगेयर हाउसिंग डेवलपमेंट फाइनेंस कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड ' जिसका पंजीकृत कार्यालय डी 3 , पीउबी, डिस्ट्रिक्ट सेन्टर , साकेत, नई दिल्ली -110017 में है , को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ ' वित्तीय संस्थान ' के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 21st January, 2011
S.O. 141 (E) .- Whereas , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- clause ( iv) of clause (m) of Sub- section (1) ofSection 2 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act , 2002 ( SARFAESI Act , 2002- the said Act) , upon the Central Government , the Maharishi Housing Development Finance Corporation, New Delhi was notified on November 10 , 2003 as ' Financial Institution ' under SARFAESI Act, 2002 ; and
Whereas , the said Maharishi Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited , having changed its name as 'Religare Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited' has requested the Central Government to notify 'Religare Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited' as a Financial Institution under the SARFAESI Act (the said Act) ; and
Whereas the said Maharishi Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited has submitted documents in support ofthe change of its name to the Central Government to its satisfaction and being satisfied in this regard , the Central Government hereby specifies ' Religare Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited ' , having its registered office at D3 , P3B, District Centre , Saket, New Delhi - 110017 as ' Financial Institution' for the purpose of the said Act.
