S.O. 147 ( E) . Whereas the Central Government having been satisfied that the public interest so requires that in pursuance of the provisions of sub - clause ( vi ) of the clause (n ) of Section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act . 1947 ( 14 of 1947) , declared by the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment , dated 12-7-2010 the services in Industry engaged in manufacture or porduction of mineral oil (crude oil) motor and aviation spirit , diesel oil , kerosene oil , fuel oil , diverse hydrocarbon oils and their blends including synthetic fuels , Lubricating oils and the like which is covered by item 26 of the First Schedule to the Industrial Disputes Act , 1947 ( 14 of 1947) , to be a Public Utility Service for the purpose of the said Act , for a period of six months from 16th July, 2010.
का.आ. 147(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , संतुष्ट हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना अपेक्षित था , औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, 1947 ( 1947 का 14 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( ढ़ ) के उप - खण्ड ( vi ) के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. दिनांक 12-7-2010 द्वारा खनिज तेल ( कच्चा तेल ) मोटर और विमानन स्पिरिट , डीजल तेल, मिट्टी का तेल , ईंधन तेल , विविधा हाईड्रोकार्बन तेल और उनके मिश्रण जिनमें सिंथेटिक तेल , ल्यूब्रिकेटिंग तेल , और इसी प्रकार के तेल शामिल हैं के निर्माण या उत्पादन में लगे उद्योग में सेवाओं में है , जो कि औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम , 1947 ( 1947 का 14) की प्रथम अनुसूची की प्रविष्टि 26 में शामिल है , को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए दिनांक 16-7-2010 से छः मास की कालावधि के लिए लोक उपयोगी सेवा घोषित किया था ।
Andwhereas , the Central Government is of opinion thatpublic interest requires the extension of the said period by a further period of six months .
और केन्द्रीय सरकार की राय है कि लोकहित में उक्त कालावधि को छः मास की और कालावधि के लिए बढ़ाया जाना अपेक्षित है ।
अतः , अब , औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम , 1947 ( 1947 का 14) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( द ) के उप - खण्ड ( vi ) के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त उद्योग को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए दिनांक 16-1-2011 से छः मास की कालावधि के लिए लोक उपयोगी सेवा घोषित करती है ।
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-clause (vi) of clause (n) of Section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act , 1947 ( 14 of 1947 ), the Central Government hereby declares the said industry to be a Public Utility Service for the purposes of the said Act , for a period of six months with effect from 16thJanuary, 2011 .
