का.आ. 159(अ), केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1740 ( अ ) , तारीख 10 अक्तूबर , 2006 , जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) , तारीख 10 अक्तूबर , 2006 में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, " 333/000 कि.मी. से 392/150 कि.मी. तक " , शब्दों, अक्षरों और संख्याओं के स्थान पर " 332/400 कि.मी. से 392/150 कि.मी. तक " शब्द, अक्षर और संख्याएं रखी जाएंगी ।

MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 24th January, 2011
S.O. 159(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport andHighways number S.O. 1740 ( E ) , dated the 10th October, 2006, published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II, Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii) , dated the 10th October, 2006 namely
In the said notification , for the words , letter and figures " from km . 333/000 to km . 392/150 " , the words , letters and figures "from km. 332/400 to km . 392/150 " , shall be substituted .
