का.आ. 163(अ)-अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 25 की धारा 6 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) के साथ पठित धारा 4 के खंड ( ङ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार श्री के. चंद्रमौलि, सचिव , स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय , नई दिल्ली को एतद्द्वारा कु. के. सुजाता राव के स्थान पर अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान , नई दिल्ली के एक सदस्य के रूप में नामित करती है और उस प्रयोजनार्थ भारत के राजपत्र के भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खखंड ( ii ) में दिनांक 20 अप्रैल , 2010 के का.आ. 902 ( अ ) के तहत प्रकाशित भारत सरकार , स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय , की दिनांक 20 अप्रैल , 2010 की अधिसूचना संख्या वी 16011/ 1/ 2009 - एम.ई. - 1 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 2 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जानी चाहिए, अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 24th January , 2011
S.O. 16.3 ( E ) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause ( e ) of Section 4. read with sub- section ( 3 ) of Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act . 1956 (25 of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby nominates Shri K. Chandramauli. Secretary, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare . New Delhi to be a member of All India Institute of Medical Sciences . New Delhi in place of Ms. K. Sujatha Rao and for that purpose mases the following amendment in the notification of Government of India in the Ministry ofHealth and Family Welfare , number V-16011 / 1 /2009 - ME - 1 , dated the 20th April , 2010 published in the Gazette of India . Part II , Section 3. Sub - section ( ii) vide S. O. 902 ( E ) , dated the 20th April , 2010 :
In the said notification , for serial number 2 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry should be substituted , namely :
