विषय :-कॉटन यार्न के निर्यात पर प्रतिबंध आयातित रॉ मैटीरियल से विनिर्मित कॉटन यार्न के निर्यात के लिए छूट के संबंध में ।
का.आ. 164(अ).-विदेश व्यापार नीति , 2009-2014 के पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित , विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992 की संख्या 22 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा , अधिसूचना संख्या 15 ( आर ई-2010)/2009-2014, दिनांक 29-12-2010 के साथ पठित अधिसूचना संख्या 14 ( आर ई -2010 )/2009-2014, दिनांक 22-12-2010 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
2. उपरोक्त अधिसूचनाओं के द्वारा कॉटन यार्न के निर्यात पर लगाए गए प्रतिबंध से निम्नलिखित को मुक्त किया जाता है :
" उन विनिर्माताओं द्वारा कॉटन यार्न का निर्यात जो विशेष रूप से आयातित रॉ कॉटन से कॉटन यार्न का विनिर्माण और निर्यात करते हैं, क्षेत्राधिकारी केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क प्राधिकारी से इस आशय के प्रमाण-पत्र की शर्त के अधीन उपरोक्त अधि सूचनाओं के द्वारा कॉटन यार्न, के निर्यात पर लगाए गए प्रतिबंध से छूट प्राप्त होगा कि यार्न को विशेष रूप से आयातित कच्चे माल से विनिर्मित किया गया है । "

3. ऐसी खेप का निर्यात सीमा शुल्क विभाग द्वारा यह प्रमाणित करने के बाद अनुमत किया जाएगा कि सक्षम क्षेत्राधिकारी केन्द्रीय उत्पाद- शुल्क प्राधिकारी द्वारा इस आशय का प्रमाण पत्र जारी किया गयाहै ।
4. इस अधिसूचना का प्रभाव:-
विनिर्माता जो आयातित रॉ कॉटन से कॉटन यार्न का विनिर्माण और निर्यात करते हैं, उन्हें कॉटन यार्न के निर्यात पर लगाए गए प्रतिबंध से छूट प्राप्त होगी ।

Subject: Restriction on export ofCotton Yarn- Exemption for export of cotton yarn manufactured out of imported raw material - regardng .
S.O. 164(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade ( Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments , in Notification No. 14 ( RE -2010)/2009-2014, dated 22-12-2010

read with Notification No. 15 (RE - 2010 )/2009-2014, dated 29-12-2010 .
2. The following shall be exempted from the restriction imposed on export of cotton yarn vide above notifications :
"Export of cotton yarn by manufacturers who manufacturers and export cotton yarn exclusively outof imported raw cotton shall be exempted from the restriction imposed on export of cotton yarn vide above notifications , subject to a certificate from the jurisdictional Central Excise Authority certifying that the yarn has been manufactured exclusively out of the imported raw cotton. "

3.Export of such consignment should be allowed by the customs after verifying that certificate to the above effect has been issued by the competent jurisdictional Central Excise Authority.
4. The effect of this Notification : -
The manufacturers who manufacture and export cotton yarn out of the imported raw cotton shall be exempted from the restriction imposed on export of cotton yarn.
