सं. 1 - सीए (7 ) /138 /2011 .--- यह कि चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट्स (संशोधन) अधिनियम , 2006 (2006 का 9 ) द्वारा चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंटस अधिनियम, 1949 (1949 का 38) का संशोधन किया गया है;
और यह कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उपधारा (3 ) के अधीन भारतीय चार्टर्ड . अकाउंटेंटस संस्थान की परिषद को, रजिस्टर में नामों की प्रविष्टि के लिए फीस अवधारित करने हेतु सशक्त किया गया है;
अतः, अब उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उक्त उपधारा (3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , परिषद यह अवधारित करती है कि,-
उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 के अधीन रजिस्टर में अपना नाम प्रविष्ट कराने के लिए पात्र प्रत्येक व्यक्ति द्वारा संदेय फीस 1 अप्रैल , 2011 से केवल एक हजार दो सौ रुपये होगी।

New Delhi , the 25th February, 2011

No. 1 -CA(7 )/138/ 2011 Whereas the Chartered Accountants Act , 1949 (No. 38 of 1949) has been amended by the Chartered Accountants (Amendment) Act, 2006 ( No. 9 of 2006) ;
And whereas the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has been empowered to determine , under sub - section ( 3 ) of section 4 of the said Act , the fee for entry of names in the Register ;
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by said sub - section ( 3 ) of section 4 of the said Act , the Council hereby determines that , -
with effect from the 1st day of April 2011 , the fee payable by every person eligible to have his name entered in the Register under section 4 of the said Act shall be rupees one thousand two hundred only .

अतः, अब उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 5 की उक्त उपधारा (3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, परिषद यह अवधारित करती है कि, -
उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 5 के अधीन अध्येता के रूप में रजिस्टर में अपना नाम प्रविष्ट कराने के लिए किसी सदस्य द्वारा संदेय फीस 1 अप्रैल , 2011 से केवल एक हजार आठ सौ रुपये होगी ।

Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by said sub - section (3 ) of section 5 of the said Act , the Council hereby determines that , -
with effect from the 1st day of April 2011 , the fee payable by a member for entry in the Register as a fellow of the Institute shall be rupees one thousand eight hundred only .

सं. 1 -सीए(7)/ 140/ 2011 .- यह कि चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंटस (संशोधन) अधिनियम , 2006 (2006 का 9 ) द्वारा चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट्स अधिनियम , 1949 ( 1949 का 38) का संशोधन किया गया है;
और यह कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (2) के अधीन भारतीय चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंटस संस्थान की परिषद को, व्यवसाय प्रमाणपत्र के लिए संदेय फीस अवधारित करने के लिए सशक्त किया गया है;
अतः, अब उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 की उक्त उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , परिषद यह अवधारित करती है कि, -
किसी सदस्य द्वारा अपने व्यवसाय प्रमाणपत्र के लिए संदेय फीस 1 अप्रैल , 2011 से केवल दो हजार रुपये होगी:
परन्तु यह कि ऐसे सदस्य के लिए, जिसने सुसंगत वर्ष में 1 अप्रैल को 65 वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त कर ली हो , यह फीस केवल एक हजार पांच सौ रुपये होगी ।

And whereas the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has been empowered to determine , under sub - section ( 2 ) of section 6 of the said Act , the fee payable for a certificate of practice ;
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by said sub - section ( 2 ) of section 6 of the said Act , the Council hereby determines that , -
with effect from the 1st day of April 2011 , the fee payable by a member for his certificate of practice shall be rupees two thousand only:
Provided that such fee for a member , who has attained the age of 65 years as on the 1st day of April of the relevant year , shall be rupees one thousand five hundred only .

सं. 1 -सीए(7)/141/2011.- यह कि चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट्स ( संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2006 (2006 का 9) द्वारा चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट्स अधिनियम, 1949 (1949 का 38 ) का संशोधन किया गया है;
और यह कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 19 की उपधारा (4 ) के अधीन भारतीय चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट्स संस्थान की परिषद को , प्रत्येक सदस्य द्वारा संदेय वार्षिक सदस्यता फीस अवधारित करने के लिए सशक्त किया गया है;
अतः , अब उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 19 की उक्त उपधारा (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , परिषद यह अवधारित करती है कि, -
1 अप्रैल 2011 से सदस्य द्वारा संदेय वार्षिक सदस्यता फीस निम्नानुसार होगी:
सहयुक्त सदस्य- केवल आठ सौ रुपये
अध्येता सदस्य- केवल दो हजार दो सौ रुपये [भाग III-खण्ड 4]

परन्तु यह कि ऐसा सदस्य, जिसने सुसंगत वर्ष में 1 अप्रैल को 65 वर्ष की आयु
प्राप्त कर ली हो, इस फीस का संदाय निम्नानुसार करेगाः
सहयुक्त सदस्य केवल छह सौ रुपये
अध्येता सदस्य- केवल एक हजार छह सौ रुपये

And whereas the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has been empowered to determine , under sub - section (4) of section 19 of the said Act , the annual membership fee payable by every member ;
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by said sub - section ( 4 ) of section 19 of the said Act , the Council hereby determines that , -
with effect from the 1st day of April 2011 , the annual membership fee payable by a member shall be as under :
Associate Member rupees eight hundred only
Fellow Member rupees two thousand two hundred only
Provided that a member , who has attained the age of 65 years as on the 1st day of April of the relevant year , shall pay such fee as under :
Associate Member rupees six hundred only
Fellow Member rupees one thousand six hundred only

सं. 1 -सीए (7) /142 /2011 .- यह कि चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट्स (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2006 (2006 का 9 ) द्वारा चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट्स अधिनियम, 1949 (1949 का 38 ) का संशोधन किया गया है;
और यह कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20 की उपधारा (3) के अधीन भारतीय चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंटस संस्थान की परिषद को, रजिस्टर में किसी सदस्य के नाम की पुनः प्रविष्टि के लिए अतिरिक्त फीस अवधारित करने हेतु सशक्त किया गया है;
अतः , अब उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20 की उक्त उपधारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, परिषद यह अवधारित करती है कि, -
1 अप्रैल, 2011 से ऐसे सदस्य द्वारा वार्षिक फीस और प्रवेश फीस के साथ संदेय अतिरिक्त
फीस केवल एक हजार दो सौ रुपये होगी ।

And whereas the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has been empowered to determine , under sub - section ( 3 ) of section 20 of the said Act , the additional fee for entering again the name of a member in the Register ;
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by said sub - section (3 ) of section 20 of the said Act , the Council hereby determines that , -
with effect from the 1st day of April 2011 , the additional fee , which shall be payable along with arrears of annual fee and entrance fée by such member , shall be rupees one thousand two hundred only .
