सं. 14/3/91-टी पी डी.-दिनांक 4 जनवरी , 2010 के आदेश में संशोधन करते हुए तथा दिनांक 11 फरवरी , 2011 के आदेश के अधिक्रमण में सर्वसाधारण की सूचना के लिए एतद्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य विभाग में कार्यरत श्रीमती विजयलक्ष्मी जोशी , संयुक्त सचिव , भारत सरकार निम्नलिखित प्रयोजनों के लिए श्री पी के चौधरी , अपर सचिव के स्थान पर निर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी के रूप में कार्य करेंगी :
(i ) भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की दिनांक1-1-1995 की अधिसूचना सं. 3 /95 -एनटी-सीमा शुल्क के साथ पठित सीमा- शुल्क टैरिफ ( इमदादशुदा वस्तुओं की पहचान , उन पर प्रतिसंतुलनकारी शुल्क का आकलन एवं संग्रहण तथा क्षति निर्धारण ) , नियम 1995; और
( ii) दिनांक 11 फरवरी , 2011 की अधिसूचना सं. 11/2011-सीमा- शुल्क ( एन टी ) के साथ पठित सीमा- शुल्क ( पाटित वस्तुओं की पहचान , उन पर पाटनरोधी शुल्क का आकलन एवं संग्ग्रहण तथा क्षति निर्धारण ) नियम , 1995 |

New Delhi , the 14th February, 2011
No. 14/3/91 - TPD . In modifiction of the order dated 4th January, 2010 and in supersession of the order dated 11th February, 2011 , it is hereby notified for general infor- mation that Ms. Vijaylaxmi Joshi , Joint Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and In- dustry, Department of Commerce shall discharge the func- tion of the Designated Authority in place of Shri P. K. Chaudhery, Additional Secretary for the purpose of:
(i) The Customs Tariff (Identification , Assessment and Collection of Countervailing Duty on Subsidised Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 read with notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 3/95-NT-Customs , dated 1 January, 1995 published in Part II, Section 3 , Sub-section ( ii) of the Gazette of India, Extraordi- nary; and
(ii) Customs Tariff ( Identification , Assessment and Collection of Anti -dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules , 1995 read with Notification No. 11 /2011 - Customs (NT) dated 11th February, 2011 .
