का.आ. 170(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार असंगठित कर्मकार सामाजिक सुरक्षा नियम , 2009 के नियम 3 के साथ पठित असंगठित कर्मकार सामाजिक सुरक्षा अधिनियम , 2008 ( 2008 का 33 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , श्री मणि शंकर अय्यर , सदस्य, राज्य सभा को राष्ट्रीय सामाजिक सुरक्षा बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में नामनिर्दिष्ट करती है और उक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2132( अ ) , तारीख 18 अगस्त , 2009 का निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में " धारा 5 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) के खंड ( ग ) कं उप- खंड ( iv ) के अधीन नामनिर्दिष्ट " शीर्ष के अधीन क्रम सं. 26 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 27th January, 2011
S.O. 170 ( E ) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Unorganised Workers ' Social Security Act, 2008 (33 of 2008 ) read with rule 3 of the Unorganised Workers' Social Security Rules , 2009 , the Central Government hereby nominates Shri Mani Shankar Aiyar . Member , Rajya Sabha , as member to the National Social Security Board and for that purpose , makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O. 2132 ( E ) , dated 18th August , 2009 , namely: --
In the said notification , under the heading "Nominated under sub - clause ( iv) of clause ( c) of sub- section ( 2 ) of Section 5 " , for serial number 26 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entrics shall be substituted , namely : ---
