विषय : अग्रिम प्राधिकार पत्र/डीएफआईए स्कीमों के तहत निर्यात दायित्व अवधि से संबंधित परिशिष्ट-30क में संशोधन ।
फा. सं . 1 /94/180/481 /परिशिष्ट 30 क / एएम 11 /पीसी- 4.-विदेश व्यापार नीति , 2009-2014 के पैरा 2.4 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए महानिदेशक, विदेश व्यापार एतद्वारा, प्रक्रिया पुस्तक ( खण्ड -1 ) , 2009-2014 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं:
2. " विनिर्दिष्ट निविष्टियों हेतु निर्यात दायित्व अवधि " से संबंधित परिशिष्ट 30 क में तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित अनुसार संशोधित किया जाता है :-

(क) काली मिर्च, इलायची और मिर्च के क्रशिंग/ग्राइडिंग /स्टेरलाइजेशन जैसे मूल्य वर्धन के लिए अथवा उनके तेल और ओलियोरेजिन के विनिर्माण के लिए और सामान्य सफाई , ग्रेडिंग , रीपैकिंग आदि के लिए नहीं ।
(ख) मसाला तेलों के विनिर्माण के लिए सीमा- शुल्क प्राधिकारी द्वारा प्रत्येक आयात खेप की निकासी की तारीख से निर्यात दायित्व अवधि

120दिन । तथापि, 31-12-2008 तक पूरे किए गए आयातों के लिए , निर्यात दायित्व अवधि 150 दिन होगी ।

3. इस सार्वजनिक सूचना का प्रभाव परिशिष्ट 30 क में दिए गए उत्पादों हेतु निर्यात दायित्व अवधि, सीमा- शुल्क प्राधिकारियों द्वारा प्रत्येक आयात खेप की निकासी की तारीख से गिनी जाएगी, इस उद्देश्य हेतु निम्नलिखित बदलाव किए गए हैं :
कॉलम 3 में, शीर्ष को ' निर्यात दायित्व अवधि ' से बदल कर ' सीमा शुल्क प्राधिकारी द्वारा प्रत्येक आयात खेप की निकास की तारीख से निर्यात दायित्व अवधि' कर दिया गया है । तद्नुसार, प्रत्येक निविष्टि के समक्ष दिए गए विवरण को सिर्फ निर्यात दायित्व अवधि से संशोधित किया गया है । तथापि, न ही आयात मदों ( सभी 6 में ) और न ही उनके ब्यौरों में कोई परिवर्तन किया गया है ।

Sub: Amendment in Appendix- 30 A relating to Export Obligation Period under Advance Authorization/DFIA Schemes .
F. No. 1/94/180/481 /APP. 30A/ AM 11 /PC- 4.- In exercise of powers conferred under Para 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy,2009-2014 , the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1 ), 2009-2014 :--
2. The Appendix 30A related to " Export Obligation Period for specified inputs " is amended as follows with immediate effect:--

3. Effect of this Public Notice : The EOP for the products stated in Appendix 30A shall be counted from the date of clearance of individual import consignment by Customs authority for this purpose, following changes have been made:
InColumn 3, the heading has been changed from "Export Obligation Period " to "Export Obligation Period from the dateof clearance of each import consignment by Customs authority" . Accordingly, the description against each input has beenmodified giving only the EO period. However, neither the import items (6 in all) nor their descriptions have been altered.
