का.आ. 177(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956का 48 ) की धारा 3 क कीउप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1093 (अ ) , तारीख 14 मई, 2010 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड (ii) में तारीख 14 मई, 2010 को प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, तालुक " कुलाथुर " के सामने, गांव " ( 3 ) कीरनूर " के सामने कॉलम ( 7 ) में,-
(i ) सर्वेक्षण संख्या " 396/5 " के सामने , प्रविष्टि " शुष्क " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " नम " प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;
( ii ) सर्वेक्षण संख्या " 396/7 " के सामने , प्रविष्टि " शुष्क " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " नम " प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;
(iii) सर्वेक्षण संख्या " 369/ 14 बी " के सामने , प्रविष्टि " शुष्क " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " मनाई " प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;
कोई व्यक्ति , जो इस अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित भूमि में हितबद्ध है, उक्त अधियिनम की धारा 3 ग की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के अधीन मूल अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित प्रयोजन के लिए ऐसी भूमि के उपयोग पर राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से इक्कीस दिन के भीतर आक्षेप कर सकेगा ।

CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi , the 28th January, 2011
S.O. 177 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section ( 3A) of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O.1093 ( E ) , dated the 14th May, 2010. published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section (ii) , dated the 14th May, 2010, namely:
In the Schedule to the said notification , against taluk " 1 Kulathur", against village " ( 3 ) Kiranur " , in column 7.
(i) against survey number " 396/5 " , for the entry " Dry " , the entry " Wet " , shall be substituted:
(ii) against survey number " 396/7 " , for the entry " Dry " , the entry " Wet" , shall be substituted :
(iii) against survey number " 369/ 14B " , for the entry " Dry" , the entry " Manai " , shall be substituted :
Any person interested in the land mentioned in the notification may within twenty - one days from the date of publication of the notification in the Official Gazette object to the use of such land for the purpose mentioned in the principal notification , under sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3C , of the Act .
